Olivia shared some great tips for those who are just getting started on a healthy eating journey, with easy swaps and habits for long-term success, and Karl shared some more specifics regarding macros, nutrient timing, and more, for those ready to dial in to reach performance goals. We also had great testimonials from Kyle and Deb on how to get started breaking bad habits, creating good ones, and trying meal kits; and Brooke with tips for meal prepping and helpful & healthy suggestions.
